Credits purchased on our platform are usage units and not a form of currency. Credits:
- Have no cash value
- Are not redeemable for money
- Are not transferable to other users
- Are not exchangeable for other goods or services
- Can only be used to generate content on our platform
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Unused credits from subscription plans do not roll over after cancellation
- If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends without charge
- Failure to cancel before the trial period ends will result in automatic billing
- Credits purchased as one-time packages are generally non-refundable

- All payments are processed securely through Stripe

- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time
- Existing subscriptions will honor the original pricing until the end of the billing period
